Sterling watched the goings-on of the courtyard through his camera's viewfinder, snapping arbitrary pictures of whatever happened to catch his fancy-- blades of grass that still glistened with the remnant's of the morning's dew, a group of freshman girls gathered in a circle, chattering brightly, an odd green shape that flitted between the trees...
Oh, but who was this? Dark hair, long legs...
Sterling zoomed in and snapped a few shots.

Rabe was walking through the courtyard on her way to her dorm from having a private lesson with Veronique when she heard a soft clicking sound. She glanced out of the corner of her eye towards the sound and saw. . . a rather attractive looking man with a camera. FINALLY! Someone was noticing her beauty for what it was worth.
She decided to give him a nice shot. She stopped for a moment readjusting her crimson mid-thigh skirt and flipped her bangs out of her face. She glanced again in the boys direction before continuing on her way.

Sterling smirked. He took a few more shots, one of which showed the girl looking right at him. "Oh, you see what I did there," he chuckled, switching his camera into playback mode to review the pictures. Her eyes were... dazzling.
And her lipstick matched her skirt. The stickler in Sterling was quite pleased with this.
Sterling raised his camera again to take a few more pictures and froze.
"Where did you go, you exquisite little creature?"

Rabe walked along the edge of the courtyard hiding in the shadows, making sure NOT to be seen . . . for once (hey, variety was good). She walked up quietly behind the boy and chuckled in his ear at his question. "Why I'm right here," she whispered, pleasure very apparent in her voice.

Sterling whipped around, his hair falling in his face. He flicked it out of the way and smiled amiably at the female.
"Ah. There you are." He lowered his camera and extended his hand for a shake.
"Sterling McCormack. Charmed."

Ooo, hair flip, very pretty. Rabe approved. She placed her crimson nail polished hand in his and smirked. "Rabe Schwarzflugel," she replied and winked, "and the pleasure is all mine."

Sterling bowed his head a bit as he caught her hand, kissing the top of it. He had truly intended to shake her hand, but that smirk changed his mind.
He indicated his camera with a nod. "Would it be odd of me to ask for another picture?"

"If you had wanted one in the first place, all you had to do is ask," Rabe replied coyly, "I rather like having my picture taken." She smirked again. "What would you like me to do?" she asked (this may or may not have been an innuendo).

Sterling's grin became mischievous. "Well," he said, "I like to consider myself an artiste. And as one of artistic inclinations, I allow you free reign to do as you will-- give me something to shoot and I'll take it." He chuckled.

Rabe grinned accidentally exposing one of her fangs for a moment. "Well, thank you," she replied, looking down at her outfit, she didn't expect to star in a photo shoot today. "Should I change?" she asked looking back up at Sterling and pursing her red lips together slightly.

Rabe arched a dark eye brow, so he was going to tell her what to do. She flipped her hair and looked towards the sun, but not directly at it. Her hair fell messily down her back and her bangs slightly in her face. She parted her red lips slightly and glanced over at Sterling. A great picture, if she did say so herself.

Sterling snapped the shot, and another when she started to glance at him again. He face caught the light but her eyes made contact with the lens. Perfect.
"Lovely," he commented, reviewing the frames.

Rabe leaned forward and placed her hands on her knees and looked away from the light. Man, that sunlight stung a little. Her bangs fell in her face quite perfectly hiding her eyes.

Sterling chuckled and, without looking, snapped an impromptu shot of that pose. Cute.
"So Rabe," he said as he went through the pictures he had taken that morning, "what grade are you in?"

Sterling plopped down on the grass beside her, legs crossed, elbows resting on his knees. There was a ladybug on the grass. Sterling zoomed in and took a shot just as it took flight from the blade on which it had been perched.
"Sophomore," he told her, looking at the picture. Excellent-- he was always proud of his macro work.
He looked sideways at the girl. "And just transferred here recently, too."

Rabe ran her thumb along the line of her bottom lip. "I thought you looked like fresh blood," she said with a smirk. She carefully sat in the grass next to him, her pale legs in front of her crossed at the ankles. She leaned back onto her hands and moved her head so her dark wavy tresses fell off her shoulders. She examined this angle of Sterling's face with a critical eye.
"Hey," she said with a smirk, sifting all her weight onto one hand so she could extend the other, "may I see your camera for a sec." Her eyes glistened with a mixture of excitement and mischievousness.

Sterling followed the curves of her legs with a subtle eye, the shadow of a smirk curling one corner of his lips upward.
At her question, he arched an eyebrow.
"I don't see why not." He handed the Nikon to her.

Rabe looked through the view finder and then removed the camera from in front of her face. She sat up and with a single finger moved his chin back to were it really previously was. "Oh, no you don't," she commented, "you were looking lower, at my legs I believe."
She returned her eye to the camera. She snapped the shot. The light was shining behind his head which made a dark shadow along his jaw line, made his hair glisten, and his eyes a bit darker. So sexy. Rabe licked her lips and returned the camera to Sterling. "There's one for your album."

Sterling raised his eyebrows, and conceded. He smiled lightly. Shit. Caught.
He took the camera and turned it over and over in his hands. "Why, thank you. I can honestly say that I've never had someone else take my picture before. I usually take my own." The smile turned back into his previous smirk. "I'm a bit of a MySpace whore, though it's outdated."
