Player's Name: Emi~
Name: Isaac Janine McCormack
Age: 17
Grade: Junior
Birthday: 3 June
Height: 5'8''
Weight: 146 lbs
Gender: female
Personality: Isaac's humor is a subtle kind of brutal-- she never lies (ever)-- and doesn't let someone's feelings keep her from telling a good joke or story. She appreciates personal space and quiet time, as she comes from a family that facilitates neither. Granted, she is completely at home in a rowdy environment, but she much prefers to be able to just sit and think. She tends to get annoyed easily, and she definitely has a sister complex-- she feels protective of those she has developed friendships with and, though she comes off as mean or teasing at times, has nothing but good intentions for them. Aside from teasing. She doesn't really like to give blatant shows of affection-- she'd rather do anonymous favors and leave gifts to tell someone she cares, and isn't very good at blatant flirting-- her subtleties are a bit of a fault at times. It's hard for her to come right out and admit things to people.
Oddly enough, she has rather frequent moments of cute. She doesn't consider herself to be very feminine, but other's impressions of her say otherwise.
Appearance: Isaac's skin is tanned and freckled. Her eyes are large, intuitive, and grey-brown. Her wavy hair is naturally dark brown, but she died it more of a honey color several years back, and it has since grown out and been cut, leaving it in a two-toned look. She has several piercings-- four in one ear, five in the other, a bar in her tongue, a charm in her navel (in the shape of a lightning bolt), and two other piercings that her father doesn't know about, but that one would probably notice if she only wore one shirt, as opposed to the layers she normally dresses in. She also has several tattoos, including song lyrics down the inner turn of her left arm, Robert Allan's "Life's a Faught" stretching from the right side of her ribcage and over her hip to her outer thigh, an alstroemeria on one shoulder and two bands of barbed wire on the other, and on her left latissimus dorsi there is one she designed herself, which is the red and gold phoenix seen in the upper right corner of her signature.
Like her father, she has a talent for boxing and kick boxing and enjoys both. She spends her summers playing for the Aberdeen co-ed rugby team, which gives her a smooth, athletically toned build that offsets her feminine curves quite nicely.
She also speaks with a pronounced Scottish accent.
History: Isaac's father works for National Geographic, which has him traveling often. Which means that Isaac spends about seventy percent of the year with relatives in Aberdeen, Scotland-- her Aunt Myra, Uncle Edmund, and their SIX DAUGHTERS. Needless to say, Isaac's home life is less than peaceful. She loves her relatives, but really she would love nothing more than to be able to duct tape their mouths shut. In the most loving manner possible, of course. The time spent with her father is usually while he is on the less extensive of his projects-- Isaac has traveled to many an exotic location and has gotten tattoos and piercings in six different countries (much to the dismay of the inhabitants of her Scottish homestead.) Her powers literally sparked to life during a particularly bad thunderstorm in Uganda, when she was struck by lightning. She burst into flame-- the fire caused no damage to her and would not extinguish, even after she dove into a nearby creek. The flames finally flickered out after three days-- during which she was left outside, because though the fire had no effect on inanimate things, one of the other photographers had curiously tested the fire and gotten severely burned. (Isaac: lulz.)
Relatives who are now or have been at Dunehelden: Sterling E. McCormack
Magical Strengths/Powers: Isaac's power is based in things that burn and shock. She can bring forth a wall of fire from a single spark, conjure a lightning storm after shuffling her on carpet, and make metal red-hot just by rubbing it with her hands.
Magical Weaknesses/Flaws: Isaac needs a catalyst to actually use her power-- a spark, a charge, a conductor. Conductivity is hindered by cold, she can't conjure flame if it is too humid, and moisture hinders her ability to control electricity-- if it is too wet, then she can conjure electricity, but beyond that she has no influence over it.
