In a number of cities across the world with a significant magical presence, tucked within an abandoned building or in the heart of the city, one might find a door. It's not the same door in every city, and they can be anything from sliding paper to reinforced metal, but while each door is impossible to open for those who stumble onto it, if one happens to be looking for it and knocks four times, they all open up into the same place.
The Inn of the Golden Boar is named after its proprietor, a Thyrsus going by the name of Gullinbursti, certainly not old enough to be the creature for whom the myth was named but old enough to be a couple of centuries dead. Still run by his cabal- which picks up new members every so often- the inn(/pub/grill) is physically located in Germany, and has a long history as neutral ground for the four original Atlantean Orders, and even the occasional Free Councillor, Seer, ghost, spirit, or stranger being.
Credit is offered to those willing to swear an oath to repay it, and betrayal of neutrality is punished by immediate banishment to wherever the proprietor. Great tales have been hung on both of these events, but for the most part, people respect the rules and pay on time.
Come on in; Mondays are Burger Night.
