Name: Baratoge Kazari. Most would call her Kazari but she very rarely objects to a good nickname.
Age: just recently turned 17
Gender: female
Eye Color: at first glance they appear gray but upon closer inspection one sees that they are actually a pale mix of lavender and mint-green.
Hair Color: honey-brown (very rich in hue)
Height: 5'8''
Weight: (the estimations...I suck at them.)
Significant Physical Details: Kazari is of asian descent, but her goldish-tinted skin and streamlined bone structure indicate at least some spanish influence (or at least something similar to it). A sprinkling of freckles, just dark enough to be seen against her skin, crosses the bridge of her nose. Her athletic body is a side-effect of her lifestyle, and it has been inadvertently refined to a near predatory level.
Class: academy junior
Major: unknown
Birthday: 1 Nov. Scorpio.
Sexual Orientation: straight
Hobbies: any kind of physical activity appeals to her, though she gets such a rush from the adrenaline that it's usually the more dangerous antics she gets to first. As such, her hobbies vary. The only constants on her list of "preferences" seem to be kung fu (especially hung fut), freerunning, and singing to herself.
Fears: Losing control over herself, heights (though is she is moving at a fast enough pace in a high place it doesn't seem to bother her as much.)
Blood Type: Type B
Seriously, Why are you Here: Kazari is actually a late transfer from the Athenaeum. Her reason for leaving is a touchy subject for her, but I'm sure it will be revealed in due time. (Until then, note that she carries a seemingly irrational fear of Mortale, which she did NOT have while attending his school.)
Kazari is descended from a long line of prestigious mages, though as of yet the girl seems to have very little magic-related abilities. She was enrolled at the Athenaeum (kinda forced into it, really...) by her grandfather, who is on the staff there.
Special Abilities: Just because her abilities don't seem to be magic-based doesn't mean she is ungifted. Kazari, though mortal, shows the physical prowess of a predator, and it is speculated that she may be a latent were-being. Her manner of movement is decidedly feline, and though in a fight her stamina is far above impressive she always faces the danger of losing control, and is therefore tentative in choosing a manner of expelling negative emotions.
Character History: Kazari's mother was a mage whose magic dealt in plant-based abilities; her father was a doctor of sorts (more of a traditional healer, really) and they raised Kazari to know old remedies for ailments...which was just as well, as Kazari always seemed to attract trouble. They sent her to visit her grandfather one summer, and she kind of never left. Her grandfather told her that her parents had wanted to enroll her at the Athenaeum (this was sometime after she started to show abnormal...habits...) and, trusting as she was back then, she listened.
Other: Kazari talks in the third person. (Really, don't ask. It runs in the family.)
This Kazari does not sparkle. This Kazari is not a furry.
