Player's Name: www.youtube.com/watch?v=cIZFq3VDeUY
Name: Robert "Smoke" Venkatesan
Age:plothole 35
Birthday: 08/18
Height: 5'10"
Weight: Averageish.
Gender: I admit I'm still not sure why we bother asking this question. How about "pronoun choice", or "fabulous quotient"? Those might be more useful.
Appearance: Tallish, slightly underfed-looking, brown eyes, relatively light-skinned black guy. His hair is a neon blue lopsided fringe over the left side of his head with two broad horizontal fuschia stripes. Most of the time he's in some cross between the teacher's uniform and something goth-looking, though during rehearsal season (three or four times a year) he's often in costume.
Personality: Charismatic. Dramatic. Loud. Loves making people believe they can be greater than they imagine, injecting a little wonder into life, theatre, and novels. Not particularly self-aware, has a problem with avoiding unpleasant ideas that he's trying to deal with. Likes bucking tradition and doing things informally, sometimes a little too much; can use his position of authority to undermine others'. Nevertheless, usually a good teacher.
History: Born in Virginia. Parents died. Ran away to live with his older sister as a teenager. Several rather unfortunate years of things he doesn't talk about often. Magepiphany'd. Met Euro and Vero. Found Dunehelden, started teaching when Vero decided to make aboy-harem school out of it.
For Mages
Magical Strengths/Powers: Divination. There are many mages stronger than him, who have done quite a bit more work than he does- but there may not be anyone else with such talent anywhere. He lives and breathes probabilities and cause-and-effect strings, and this strongly influences his magic (and a lot of his beliefs).
Magical Weaknesses/Flaws: Everything else, though he's learned to make up for some of it by studying ritual magic. More specifically, he's very good at subtle and nonlinear, so this does not translate well to non-divinatory things.
For Staff
Position Applied For: Theatre professor. Divination Professor. Head of Magic, Co-chair of the Art Department, and Assistant Headmaster.
Qualifications: Vero dear, I hate to say it, but I don't think Kemekin would be very good at any of that. Perhaps in another ten years?
